Promise History Before the Call
Show what an account's own promise history has actually been, so a collector can judge a new arrangement on evidence.
About this use case
When a customer promises to pay, the collector has to judge whether to build a plan around it. That judgment is usually made on the tone of the call, because the account's actual history of promises kept and broken is spread across a dozen notes nobody has time to read.
This use case assembles that history factually: every promise, what was agreed, what arrived, and when. It is a record, not a score — the judgment stays with the person who takes the call.
Before a call it shows every prior promise, what was agreed, what was paid and when — often that small promises were kept and larger ones were not, which is what sizes the next arrangement. An account that has never had one is reported as having no history rather than given a projection.
